Postgraduate courses
We believe it is important to have and maintain a strong connection between the health sector and education. With, again, as a basis the interaction among theory (science), practice, and the demand for care. Therefore, especially for administrators, directors, and medical specialists with leadership roles, we offer two courses. In these courses, we connect the content to important developments in health care and allow ourselves to be informed by Tranzo’s research.
Stolte Advanced Program
The program is intended for directors who have ultimate responsibility for their organization and focuses primarily on the person-centered qualities of leadership. The program does not have open registration but has an 'invitational' character. During the program, directors reflect together on developments and challenges in the healthcare sector. The program consists of seven modules of five half-day sessions lasting one year. The program concludes with a short domestic study trip put together by the course participants.
During this study tour, the director’s personal qualities are further explored. In 2022, ten participants successfully completed the 26th program with a study trip to Maastricht and Amsterdam. In the fall of 2022, the 27th edition started with eleven participants led by Piet-Hein Buiting MA, MD, MHA.

Master class primary care directors
In 2022, a group of 20 participants completed this master class led by Leo Kliphuis MPH and Prof. Caroline Baan. This multidisciplinary course is aimed at directors and other executives with strategic responsibility in primary care. The group follows a forty-day program. The academic year concludes in November 2023 with a multi-day study trip to Barcelona. This trip is designed in consultation with the participants. The next edition will start in January 2024.
